Shipping Methods and Costs
Modelcar.com is able to ship modelcars throughout Europe and many countries across the world. Depending on your delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. Each ship method has its own regulations and shipping rates. The costs for shipping is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order. Order Processing
Our standard order processing time is one business day for all items that are in stock. Most orders that are placed before 1:00 pm Central European Time and of which the payment was succesfull, will be processed the same day.
Taxes and Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Modelcar.com is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to 45 business days. Please contact your customs office for further information.
Track Your Package
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to the PostNL shipping website. This website allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.
Risk of Shipping
Please keep in mind that for international orders, you are shipping at your own risk. Modelcar.com can not be held responsible for items that have been damaged or are missing through the postal process. All claims will be forwarded to the Postal Company that has provided the shipping service.
