How To Order A Modelcar

Ordering a modelcar from Modelcar.com is simple and easy. Just follow these four steps:

Step 1: Create an account or sign in.

The first step to purchase a modelcar is to sign in with your account on our webshop. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create a personal account . If you have forgotten your password, click here to request your password.

Step 2: Select the modelcar you want to purchase.

Find the modelcar(s) you wish to order and click on "Add to Cart". You will see your shopping basket icon on the very top right of your screen. When you click on this button, you will see a list of the product(s) that you have added to your cart.

Step 3: Checking out.

When you are done shopping and ready to checkout, you click the cart icon at the top of the screen and click "Check out". You will be forwarded to an overview page of your cart. On this page you can check the products in your cart and click on the "Proceed to check out" button.

During the checkout, you'll be asked for shipping and billing information. Review your order and then click 'Complete Order' to purchase.

Step 4: Complete your order.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, explaining that we have received your order and it is now being packagedby our team.

When your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track the shipment of your order online.
